By purchasing a ticket or entering the premises of Minimania Kids Amusement Arcade FZCO (the "Company"), I acknowledge and agree as follows, on behalf of myself and any dependents in my care:

Assumption of Risk. Participation in activities (including but not limited to tree house access, slides, toddler area, soft play, trampolines, interactive elements, café access, lessons, and related facilities) involves inherent and unforeseen risks, including serious injury, paralysis, or death. I understand these risks cannot be eliminated without affecting the essential nature of the activities, and I voluntarily accept them.

Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, indemnify, and agree not to pursue legal claims against the Company, its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and successors for any loss, injury, or damage connected with participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Safety & Supervision. I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions, ensure dependents under 18 are supervised by myself or a responsible adult, and comply with age/height/weight restrictions. Failure to do so may result in full liability assumed by me and/or my dependents.

Medical Fitness. I confirm that I and any dependents are medically fit to participate and do not have conditions (e.g., pregnancy, heart or spinal issues, epilepsy, allergies) that may increase risk or are contagious of any disease. I accept full responsibility for deciding to participate and for any resulting injuries.

Personal Belongings & Insurance. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. I certify I have adequate insurance or accept full responsibility for related costs.

Jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought exclusively in the Dubai Courts, under the substantive laws of Dubai, UAE. If any part of this waiver is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.

Legal & Financial Responsibility. If the Company must enforce this agreement, I will indemnify it for attorneys' fees and costs.

Photography & Media Release. I consent to being photographed/recorded (including CCTV) for safety, marketing, and promotional purposes without compensation. I waive the right to inspect or approve such use. Commercial use of photos by me requires Company approval.

Parental Contact & Consent. We collect your Email and Mobile Number to ensure we can reach you immediately regarding your child's safety, verify your identity, and secure their data. I confirm these details are accurate for emergency use.

Stay Connected. We may send you exclusive discounts, birthday rewards, and free access passes via email/SMS. (You can opt-out at any time).

Acknowledgement. This waiver applies to all future visits. By signing, I confirm I am the parent/legal guardian or authorized adult for any dependents listed and bind them to this agreement. I have read and understood this waiver, agree to all terms, and acknowledge that by entering the premises, I may be giving up legal rights for myself and/or my dependents.
